Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since package delivery unfortunately, we can not offer you a exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Depending on where you live exchange may take longer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive the item ( in perfect condition/original packaging ) then we will issue store credit or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
